How to add your details to the PSTEC register

Note: If your image is over 120 x 120 or 900KB and you don't know how to re-size don't worry just send any photo and I will resize it for you.(no charge!)

Proof of date audios were bought & downloaded.

I need to know which of the therapists training audio's you bought ie. Level 1 or Level 1-A (if you leave this information out I can only enter you as Level 1)
I don't need to know of any other tracks now available just level 1 & 1-A

Level of exams if taken (optional).
